Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • BOGO Free items marked as final sale
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom-made footwear
